Connected Safe Backend: Address, Network, Balance & Signers #7
Description
Implement the backend logic required by the Default Connected Safe Screen:
• Fetch and expose the Safe address for the connected user.
• Detect the current network and support switching networks (or returning supported networks to the UI).
• Read the Safe balance on the current network and expose an action/endpoint to initiate a “send funds” transaction (used by the send/disperse modal).
