iso package tool?

Amazingly this game works fine on stock PSPEmu firmware on the PSVita- usually the vita is incredibly picky about the umd iso. and ive never seen anything work besides officially released games.

so .. what are you using to package the ISO file  ? itd be helpful to know to make more 'homebrew' things work on the vita.
