I ask my friends in Singapore for help, they cannot download it, too. And it outputs the same error.

Dear Meng,

   Since I have always been using an educational (professional) google account, which has no file size limit.
   I suspect the reason is that the file have been too large for normal google account.
   Maybe there are two options, which you can handle this. First, use a professional account to download the files. Second, wait for me to split the files into pieces (It may take days).
