Sites not created with correct hostname & networking issues

On a new VM, after provisioning, a new site is not fetched using the correct hostname. Currently, a site should be new-site.local.zivtech.com, but it is created as new-site.local.

Additionally, neither TLD directs back to the VM. So once you've created the site, there is not a URI you can enter your browser to view the site. Possibly DNS related, but definitely network related.

All symlinks exist and point to the correct path.

I've noticed this as well in the last day or two. Definitely a problem.
