Update implementation of Basic01

Specification of test case Basic01 (link to develop branch) has been updated by PR zonemaster/zonemaster#642:

• Change the objective to find both parent and child.
• The steps have been elaborated to cover all cases.
• The messages are explicitly included in the test case.
• New messages are added.
• The Test Case explicitly handles undelegated tests.

The implementation must be updated.
