commander radar doesn't switch commanders when spectating and selecting a different player

Hi,

It is not essential for me, just reporting that when spectating, and clicking on a different player, the widgets stays with the first commander. Maybe it is possible to listen/poll for changes there.

I recon it is easier to track something like this on github than on discord.
