Deluge-ready script for splitting audio files

A simple script that attempts to split up common audio file formats into multitrack files if cue file already exists.

Requirements:

• shnsplit, cuebreakpoints, cuetag for splitting common files
• ffmpeg for APE and WAVPACK

No guarantee provided that all works. Feel free to fix/add functionality if you need to.
