They still don't have their own and the examples are about to move
They've moved out to 32blit/32blit-examples
Just the hardware tests
At least the location of the examples is right now
... or else it fails entirely
There's nothing interesting in the SDK (except maybe a non-functional launcher)

This is a revised version of #803 + #818 with a few changes.
There's probably more tidying up that can be done, but I was trying to reduce the changes... (This is a bit of a pain to have on a branch)
