Removes [qs](https://github.com/ljharb/qs). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [qs](https://github.com/ljharb/qs), [express](https://github.com/expressjs/express) and [node-sass](https://github.com/sass/node-sass). These dependencies need to be updated together.
