- Setup Database Ensure SQL Server is installed and running.
Update the appsettings.json file with your SQL Server connection string: "ConnectionStrings": { "DefaultConnection": "Server=YOUR_SERVER;Database=ChatAppDb;Trusted_Connection=True;MultipleActiveResultSets=true" } Run database migrations to create the necessary tables:
dotnet ef database update
- Run the application
dotnet run
- Access the application Open your browser and navigate to https://localhost:5001. Register a new user or log in with existing credentials.
Start chatting!

- Audio and video calls: call your frinds with audio and video calls.
