This is a good start. I think once you finish adding the version # to all attributes we will be able to merge this into master. We should consider changing the wording a bit. "Minimum Format Version", could just be "Versions Supported" and minimum version 1 would be represented as "1+" which would make it easy to document if we need to deprecate an attribute: "1,2,3", "1-3", etc....

Don't forget the other chapters that have attributes.

Okay, I made the updates. I'm not positive on some of the minimum versions. Also, I'm not quite sure how the builtIn parameters should be organized so I'll leave that up to you.

@j26design sorry, I totally lost track of this pull request. We may be pushing an update soon so I will take a look and see if we can take this.
