Ver 1.1.0 - Minor Fixes

Some minor issues has been fixed in this update

• control panel sometimes appeared half out of the window in fullscreen games and apps
• control panel glitched when tried to drag (especially when mouse went out of the window)

Tested only on Windows 11 x64
If you are not using this then once try running it, if it works then use it otherwise see the instructions to self compile for your machine.
