Fixed output of the following instructions:

• SUBW imm16,DWm - was showing Dm
• MOVW (An),DWm and (An),Am - missing parentheses
• MOV Dn,(imm16,Am) - had imm16 displayed truncated

Fixed ADDW imm8_s,Am could not transform first operand to an offset

Releases are compiled with MSVC2015 and IDASDK6.8 so you might want to install Visual Studio 2015 Redistributable package
