Apparently, the episode toggles were made sequential due to someone's...own personal preferences. This PR changes the way that episodes are enabled for DOOM 1993:
Each episode can be selected individually. This means that not every slot will have episode 1, later episodes don't depend on earlier ones to be enabled, etc. The first three episodes each have a 4 in 5 chance to enable, while the fourth episode has a 1 in 5 chance to enable.
If the goal rolls "Complete Boss Levels", the first three episodes will be forcefully enabled.
