This is not a bug for sure. The PX4 "plugin" functionality of PlotJuggler is responsible for that additional information.
We would have to implement it on our own plugin.

Did you mean it as a feature request?

If the plotjuggler-apbin-plugins do not have the functions to display parameters, system information, and messages, it would be better to return an error code.
