Countermovement Jump Height Calculation

This repository contains MATLAB codes and sample data (cmj.xlsx) to calculate countermovement jump (CMJ) height using three established methods:

Double Integration Method (JH-1)

Impulse–Momentum Method (JH-2)

Flight Time Method (JH-2)
