Welcome to PhoneDriver! This application lets you control your Android phone directly from your computer. With PhoneDriver, you can manage your files, run applications, and handle notifications without needing to pick up your phone.
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later
- RAM: 4 GB or more
- Disk Space: At least 100 MB available
- Android Device: Version 5.0 (Lollipop) or later
- USB Cable: Required for connection
- File Management: Easily transfer files between your computer and Android device.
- Application Control: Launch and close Android apps from your computer.
- Notification Management: View and respond to phone notifications on your PC.
- Screen Mirroring: Share your Android screen on your computer for easy usage.
To get started, visit the Releases page to download PhoneDriver.
- Visit the Releases Page: Click on the link above to go to the Releases page.
- Choose Version: Find the latest version available for download.
- Download the Installer: Click on the file labeled “PhoneDriver Installer” to download it to your computer.
- Run the Installer: Locate the downloaded file in your computer's Downloads folder and double-click it to start the installation.
- Follow the Prompts: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- Connect Your Android Phone: Use a USB cable to connect your Android phone to your computer.
Once installed, you can start using PhoneDriver by following these steps:
- Launch the Application: Open PhoneDriver from your desktop or start menu.
- Set Up Connection: Allow USB debugging on your Android device. Go to Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging, and enable it.
- Connect Using USB: Make sure your phone is connected via USB, then select your device in the PhoneDriver interface.
- Explore Features: Use the toolbar to access file management, notifications, and other features.
- Open Settings on your Android device.
- Scroll down and select About Phone.
- Find and tap on Build Number seven times. This will unlock Developer Options.
- Go back to Settings and tap on Developer Options.
- Enable USB Debugging.
- Ensure that your USB cable is working and connected properly.
- Restart PhoneDriver and unplug/replug your device.
- Check the phone’s USB connection type (Change to "File Transfer").
