This pull should enable LX200 to work on Linux (Does in testing, so far with OnStep, but haven't had a target/non-cloudy night. Should have a good one in a few days.)
It also has some parts for adding INDI (ASCOM equivalent on Linux, Mac, Raspberry Pi, etc.) support, which is NOT complete yet. (I started on it first, then realized how easy LX200 would be, and got sidetracked after the repository was down.)
Thanks for this. Playing with it so far has been fun, so far. (Double check formatting, because I had fun with needing to stash something, then git screwing up formatting.)
