Deletion of first element clears values instead if deleting the container
- Moves multifield handling to the end of the file - Allows more multifield field_types - Removes background colors - upload and link fields are working on multifield - datepickers, datetimepickers and timepickers are working on multifield

Here is a screenshot of the improved backend. "Löschen" means "delete" and is translated because I have a german wordpress instance. |

I don't know, how I can remove the commits 6ab1430 and 61164d2 from this pull request so please ignore them. Relevant are the commits on Feb 20, 2014.
