Highlights

• Rebuilt the shell into a cleaner preview-first layout with compare/current/final view modes and per-pane reset.
• Cleaned duplicated controls, preset entry points, and settings navigation so the UI feels more consistent.
• Reworked preset handling with compatibility filtering, GIF-safe behavior, and a clearer advanced preset manager.
• Rebuilt batch processing on isolated clones so copied edits, presets, background overrides, and mixed-format export work more reliably.
• Fixed GIF preview/export behavior so animation survives edits and exports more consistently.
• Wired CPU/GPU mode honestly through the heavy-processing path, with safe CPU fallback when no GPU backend is available.
• Built and verified the single-file Windows release artifact for direct download.
