Steps of usage:

0. Clone this repository into the TRENTo folder so that it is in the same level as the build, doc, and src folders.
   1. How to get TRENTo: http://qcd.phy.duke.edu/trento/
1. In the TrentoOptimizer folder, open step1.py
   1. Make desired changes in the marked section
   2. Run step1.py
2. Open step2.py
   1. Change saved file name and run options where marked. Make sure the pairList and folderName match their respective variables in step1.py.
   2. Run step2.py
