New mask script commit

This fork contains the new standard anonymisation scripts for Bahmni modules — OpenMRS, OpenELIS, and Odoo 16.

The scripts mask sensitive patient and user data to help safely create staging and demo environments from production data.

They have been tested on Bahmni standard 1.0.0

The scripts are organized under anonymiseScripts/anonymise/anonymised-standard/ for clarity and maintainability.
