BandidosRP is a collaborative storytelling server built around immersive roleplay and mutual respect. While rules provide structure, all rules, policies, and enforcement procedures may be modified at the discretion of staff through established internal procedures. Staff will always prioritize intent and spirit over strict interpretation. Actions taken to deliberately undermine rules—even if technically within the letter—may result in disciplinary action.
Changes to rules or policies will be announced through official channels, primarily the BandidosRP Community Discord. Staff will make every reasonable effort to inform and guide the community when updates are made.

- Racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, hate speech, or any other derogatory, abusive, or inflammatory language
- Harassment or personal attacks against other community members (outside of consensual roleplay)
- Any behavior that reasonably makes others feel unsafe, excluded, or targeted
BandidosRP is set in an alternate universe version of the American West in 1890. Players find themselves in a newly formed territory known as New Eden — a land free from the conflicts and injustices of the Old World. While the surrounding world reflects real-world 19th-century America, New Eden has no history of slavery or systemic oppression, and such themes must not be included in roleplay—especially in a derogatory or harmful context.
Conflicts in BandidosRP should be driven by power, control, and ambition, not prejudice.
