Created a blog creation page.

  • Added form for users to create a new blog post with fields for title, tags, type, campaign, thumbnail, and content.
  • Implemented JavaScript to dynamically show/hide the campaign input field based on the selected blog type.
  • Added a popup notification to inform users that their blog will be displayed publicly after admin approval.
