When running from a root-owned directory location, we encounter issues as we have to run some commands as the brewpi user, which doesn't have permission to 'be' in the root-owned directory. This patch adds a check to ensure the user is only in a place where he belongs!

If the directory install.sh is being run out of is owned by root, when we run the git commands as brewpi, we will
get a permission denied error as we are not allowed to be operating in that dir as a non-root user
