This PR update does the following

• Updates and improves the DDMD code to be more readable
• Updates and improves the DDMD code to be more efficient, speeding up mod load times.
• Remove crappy variables for screen ones.
• Better file management (I hope).
• Improved mod installation format.
• Changed settings format.
• Changes to DDMD's Mod List read service.
• Changes to DDMD's transfer suite.
• Optimize the bootstrap and main file.
