SDK peer dependency incompatible with Svelte 5

@builder.io/sdk-svelte@^1.0.27 declares a peer dependency of svelte: ^4.1.2, which is not satisfied by the newly bumped svelte@5.53.5. Since the SDK is compiled against Svelte 4 internals (which were completely rewritten in Svelte 5), the core functionality of this example — rendering Builder.io content via the Content component — is likely to break at runtime. The svelte major version bump needs a corresponding update to a Svelte-5-compatible version of @builder.io/sdk-svelte.
