this is without updates to 2 lock files but I think it should work and create the PR, let's try |

we should check the results tomorrow, I am not sure if the new section will be created correctly |

so the section was created, but since we use panel views the new section had to be added to the config https://github.com/CESNET/usegalaxy/blob/main/files/galaxy-umsa.grid.cesnet.cz/all_tools.yml |
