This PR adds a command to generate date rollover test data for use in the Grasshopper (Timetable 4) tests.
I know I said this repo was a read-only mirror, but the people that may need this code probably don't have access to the SVN repo. Could go into a branch other than trunk, but I can only PR into trunk.
