I don't think you can boost someone's potential - you can boost their morale or their desire to reach their potential?

Yes good point, reworded to say: You allow teams’ and individuals’ to fulfil their potential

Maybe this is copied from somewhere, but "a change ambassador of our transformation" doesn't make sense to me. What is our transformation?

Yeah I have got some of the wording from different sources. I have re-worded to make it clearer :-)

In Winning New Work, I'm wondering if there can be something about the approach to your current project - the mindset of an A10 is not to just get the project work done, it's to view the work being done from the aspect of: "Is this reusable? Is this something we are good at, can we efficiently reproduce it elsewhere, can we take IP / opinionated views from it and use that towards our next piece of work".
Also I think there could be more under "Business Awareness". Something about understanding how Capgemini win new work, how contracts are set up, what your role is in the process, how to "land" on a client site and how to work with engagement managers.
Inspiration was taken from the Global Career framework, in particular the Applications Consultant Role, as well as the Capgemini leadership model
