Added
volkas a dependency for loading Vulkan, as well as an explicit call to theVulkan-HeadersKhronos repo. This change was made to allow us to bundle Vulkan into projects without needing the full SDK. This is not meant to replace the SDK, but rather provide a way to test our build system in CICD and reduce the overall time taken to set up the repository.
