I build constraint-first LLM infrastructure: bounded execution, hard governance limits, architectural decisions that are documented before they're implemented. My background is 26 years of interdisciplinary and media design with continuous technical exposure throughout, including live streaming infrastructure in 1999, pre-Web 2.0 internet video and media, and a consistent pattern of working at the edge of what the tools could do. IO-III is the same instinct applied to a new frontier.

The constraint is the feature.

Currently: IO-III Phase 4 active — context architecture, observability, and memory design, while original invariants remain in force.

Flagship

IO-III Architecture Deterministic LLM control-plane runtime built in Python. Governance-first architecture with 10 Architecture Decision Records, bounded execution enforcement (hard limits on audit and revision passes), recursive content-safety logging, and an architectural invariant test suite that grows with each design decision. Phase 3 complete at v0.3.3. Phase 4 now active.

Infrastructure & Governance

cjk-knowledgehub-governance Internal control and governance layer for the KnowledgeHub system. Defines ADRs, phase freeze protocols, control gates, deterministic naming conventions, and structural invariants.

CJK KnowledgeHub Portfolio scaffolding system for governed prompt engineering and applied documentation architecture. The organisational layer within which all other projects operate.

Frameworks

Prompt Pattern Library Open-source library of structured, metadata-rich prompt patterns with evaluation criteria and failure-mode documentation. Development is paused while IO-III takes priority. The intent is to build it properly, not quickly.
