I think it's best to not depend upon clvm_rs at this point. I'm still hoping to add dialect support to it.

This goes along with https://github.com/prozacchiwawa/clvm branch 20210630-dialect-with-debug-freeze
It enables dialect objects to provide a run_program method which stands in properly for the existing run_program standalone function and allows us to have a "debug" backend which routes correctly.
