Specifically, in tests/public_models/public_test_helper.py:

• Remove variable assignments for deprecated model IDs.
• Remove references to deprecated models in tuples, dicts, and lists (such as MODEL_TITLE_AND_ID_PAIRS, MULTIMODAL_MODEL_TITLE_AND_IDS, DETECTION_MODEL_TITLE_AND_IDS, TEXT_MODEL_TITLE_IDS_TUPLE, TEXT_LLM_MODEL_TITLE_IDS_TUPLE, translation model tuples, AUDIO_MODEL_TITLE_IDS_TUPLE, etc).
• Remove translation or test data that is only referenced by deprecated models.
• Clean up any helper data structures that are now empty after removals.
• Do not remove references to non-deprecated models.

This deprecates all test helpers for models listed above by erasing, removing, or editing their references.
