Random quest ID redux

changes in this PR:

• Now newly created quest ID will be random. This prevents merge conflicts when multiple people try to add or remove quests simultaneously.
• remove questid from shared quests.
• add copy id button to right-click popup on quest.
• require advanced info and edit mode to view quest ids in the quest panel.

difference from #110:

• removes whitespace changes
