Fix #4557: Resolve pylint class redefinition in apps/accounts admin

Summary

Fix #4557 by resolving pylint-reported class redefinition errors
in apps/accounts/admin.py.

Details

• Aliased imported admin classes to avoid name shadowing
• Renamed local admin classes accordingly
• No functional or behavioral changes

Notes

Django-related import errors reported by pylint are known false positives
in the absence of a configured Django runtime and were not modified.
