randint term added

Description

This PR adds a new term entry for randint(), a function from NumPy's random module that generates random integers. The entry includes a description, syntax, parameters, return value, an example with reproducible output, and a compilable codebyte example. This helps learners understand how to use randint() to generate single integers or arrays of integers within a specified range.
