Made uploads folder public, using express.static FIxed naming of express in leaveRouter
Integration of onedrive has not been tested. Addition of LEAVE_FOLDER_ID is required in .env. Creation of a folder named leaves is required to upload files in that folder. Remaining wokrflow --> Create folder "leaves" in root → Get folder ID using hint in "uploadToOnedrive.js" → Add the folder ID as "LEAVE_FOLDER_ID" in .env
Ready to merge with dev. Onedrive upload working.
