While working on #18 i played around with the header formatting and found using the no-serif font for header and footer makes the title page much more pleasant to my eyes and separates the header and footer information more clearly from the actual article.
In addition, i changed the footer color to dark gray to be less prominent. This would be the new look:
None of these changes have been discussed with anyone and are my personal taste only, so i will not be offended if this is not merged ;)
