added orcid command

I've added a command \orcid to the IACR style class that users can easily include. The command depends on the packages xcolor and fontawesome5 which should be readily available in almost any tex-system (on Debian and Ubuntu it's e.g. texlive-fonts-extra).

Sorry, I've been busy and didn't have time to look at this issue.

Thank you for the patch, but I think we should first have some discussion about what we want to do with ORCID...

For instance:

• Is it sufficient to have the ORCID number in a link, or should the number also be visible in a printed PDF?
• Is there a standard way to include the ORCID in the PDF metadata?
• We should probably have ORCID link in the ToSC/TCHES paper pages.

I think its a good idea to include a possibility for ORCIDs in the template.
The springer llncs templates write the full ORCID number in the PDF - I think this looks ugly and I like having the ORCID logo much more. I also don't see that anyone will use the printed number to retype it in the browser for finding the ORCID entry.
Nevertheless, its maybe a good idea to ask a librarian, if there is a convention or similiar.

About the second point, I dont know.

Regarding the last point: I'll bring this up in Gregors group for discussion, they can maybe also check with the librarians how the ORCID link can be added on the ToSC & TCHES webpage.
