* Backported changes from the server

* Setup Dev environment

* Replace Media Error Exception with a less site breaking alternative

* Corrected a few paths so the assets would behave more consistently

* Updated the NPM dependencies.
This should address all of the issues dependabot had with
ping's dependencies.

- User feeds wouldn't load past the initial 20
- Mentioning users would not work
- JS was not compiled in production mode
* add checkbox to mark Ping as explicit

 Add functionality for staff to remove a Ping from public access without deleting it

Once in production, nothing ever works

The system had the bad habit of counting deleted replies, which would
lead to users being confused by the fact that pings were supposed to
show up and did not.
This should tie us over while we replace the icons with vue based
heroicons. Seems iconmnstr shut down iconic font without warning.
This director provides us the ability to present the user's feed in the
console for debugging purposes.

We can now 'tap into' the feed off a user to see if the users they
follow are properly represented on the list.
The cron job will run in the background while it's not stopped. Please
note that this version does not use redis and therefore won't properly
work with notifications. This should be adressed in future revisions.
This should allow us to use the information on other applications than
ping.
There's no easy way to do this. So I'll do it the nasty way. The first
step has been to add the top bar that we introduce into YCH just
recently to ping too.
This very old version wants to die and should be slowly decommissioned
to make way for better things
This model should make it trivial for us to bring assemble the user's
feed when they access the site
