Resolves #258.

Instead of clearing the canvas whenever a layer is hidden, set its opacity to zero. This way, when exporting to Rodan or to PNG, the hidden layers will not be empty.

It seems that the Pixel version used inside Rodan is stuck on a specific commit of the wrapper-compat branch, which has diverged from dev and master. Should we look into updating the wrapper-compat branch?
