Suite of functions to visualize STAC search results
Added a notebook (draft) that uses the stac search results (list of items) to generate timeseries of observations, bbox maps and heatmaps.

With a potential "Notebook Appreciation Day" in mind. Might be some valuable input: Offer a suite of functions to visualize STAC search results.
