This project is a website for micro-small-medium enterprises (MSMEs), such as food services and individual businesses, showing upcoming events within the region or holidays that could lead to business opportunities.
The aim is to help MSMEs:
- Arrange their stocks to make sure they have enough to handle the potential increase in demand,
- Adjust staff schedules to ensure enough staff on the event day to promptly serve customers and prevent losing them due to excessive wait times
- promote and advertise their business to a large number of people, which could include their potential customers

A restaurant wants to be updated about events in the upcoming week and within 1 kilometer. Events would be updated every day about upcoming events the rest of the week and the following week prompting it to check stocks, adjust staff schedules, and increase promotions on the day of the event.
An artist selling their art pieces wanted to be updated about events, especially art-related events and market days. She chose to be updated about related events within a 10km radius and 1 month in advance, allowing them to reach out to organizers and prepare their pieces.
