A simple GUI for previewing and downloading cloud-free satellite images.
It uses Microsoft Planetary Computer to quickly download images and then stacks them into a single .tiff file. You can select from MODIS, Landsat, and Sentinel-2. For Landsat images it will automatically switch between satellites and return the one with the least cloud cover.
Make sure to insert your own subscription key at the bottom where indicated. You can get one for free by signing up on the Planetary Computer website. Satellite images are hosted on azure blob storage so you should get a very fast download speed.
I will try to update this tool to make it easier to use, check for bugs and add more satellite platforms.
