[test optimization] Playwright + RUM: wait for RUM data to flush

What does this PR do?

Add a 1s wait in tests using RUM after calling .stopSession() before we clear the cookie. This approach is similar to the one we take in selenium:

Motivation

Some data is lost if we finish the test immediately.

Only manual tests have been done. No new automatic test has been added, as testing this would involve testing RUM, which we don't want to do.
