Created DOCS-14017 for review

To start a code session with a freeform prompt on the Code Sessions page:
1. Click **Bits AI** > **Dev Agent** > [**Code Sessions**][3].
1. Enter a prompt in the **Code with Bits** prompt field, or generate a prompt by clicking a **Suggestions** card.
- If you have enabled **Proactive Fixes** (in **Settings**) and a proactive fix has been generated for a repository your GitHub team is a [code owner][5] of, **Suggestions** is replaced with **Proactive Fixes**.

hey @karthikrao-dd, is this accurate? I made the assumption that teams are connected to repos by codeowners.md

hi @clreaume, we do not use codeowners.md. when a proactive fix (for a service) is generated in the backend, we map the service to a team using IDP and tag it to the proactive fix. so for customers to get proactive fixes, they need to set up IDP. please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
