To run this application, download the latest release.

Usage

1. To Open GIF
   

2. Playback Controls (play, pause, stop, change speed within changeable intervals and slider's step)

3. Video Track (check and control the video playback time)

4. Set Custom Background (some gif's have transparency, set background color/image, select fill color using cursor)
