- Update PalantirServer to use CapabilitiesService and CapabilitiesResponse - Replace old palantir.pb.h with palantir/capabilities.pb.h - Add bedrock_server executable with Qt6 support - Disable old message handlers (StartJob, Cancel, Ping/Pong) for WP1 - Implement length-prefixed protobuf protocol for Capabilities IPC
