This PR includes:

Add pkgs dotenv and openzeppelin-solidity
Add .evn config file

A example of .env:

INFURA_PROJECT_ID=c57b1e8845544dd3a4a286e11344aa11
MNEMONIC="obvious term ... flight deer turtle urge"

Run with truffle command:

truffle migrate --reset --network rinkeby
